Exists to give overall leadership to the ministry, resources, people and networks in the Republic of Ireland, in order to ensure the vision and mission of the Field is accomplished in alignment with OM mission and vision. This is done with the support of the Field Leadership Team.

Requirements

The National Director/Field Leader (FL) must be passionately committed to our mission, creating a culture that fosters the multiplication of vibrant communities of Jesus followers (VCJFs) that in turn will engage the least reached. The FL exhibits the character and spiritual maturity we would expect
from someone taking on a high level leadership role within the organisation. Being a Biblical role model by demonstrating a personal, practical commitment to God and His Word, living a disciplined life of witness and incorporating prayer and devotional life into the fabric of the team.
We are looking for someone that wants to challenge and motivate staff to be witnesses to the Lordship of Christ, guidance of the Holy Spirit and to the power of God's Word. The FL wants to serve, build team and is approachable and gives time for counsel and advice.

KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Build Ministry
Give leadership to the building and suitability of the ministry in order to fulfil the mission and vision of OM International and Field.
2. Build Resources
Develop and maintain adequate resources in terms of people, finance, systems and logistics in order to ensure continued sustainability.
3. Build People
Build a healthy team by equipping and caring (ensure adequate care) for people in order to help them reach their God given potential, in their personal, social and spiritual life and ministry.
4. Build Networks
Identify, build and maintain interdependent relationships with key partners in and outside OM in order to help with the sustainability and development of ministry.
