The primary focus of this position is to perform a planning, finance, technical and supervisory role for construction projects within OM Zambia. Your role is to set out and determine the location for above and underground infrastructural installations and to build the structure according to plans and Government regulations and requirements. Keeping the budget set out by the different projects is key and ensuring the buildings are completed with the finances that the donors have given for the individual project is vital in this roll. Discipling the workforce is also one of the most important areas of your work that means leading devotions and getting to know the Zambian workforce. You'll be working as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside the site manager, the Accountant, Contractor and subcontractors. Work is performed under the supervision of OMZC leadership, but considerable leeway is granted for the use of independent judgment and initiative
