We will gather volunteers to help with preparing the campsite for the "Last Samurai" theatrical discipleship camp. OM in Ukraine ministry team will hold this camp for for teens.

Will there be accomodation provided?

You will be accommodated in rooms with bunk beds or in a small apartment for families on the camp site. Accommodation will be simple

Will there be food provided?

All meals are included in the price of the option. Expect good Ukrainian food cooked by the camp kitchen staff. Snacks can be brought along or bought at a local store.

Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?

Please travel to Odessa International Airport (ODS). An OM team member will meet you at the airport. The team will travel together to the village where the campsite is.

What should my health condition be like?

Since we will be working on the campsite all day long, participants need to be in good health and physically able to work at least six hours in a day. even though we will do our best to keep you informed we ask that participants also stay up to date with entry regulations concerning covid-19. You may need medical Covid-19 insurance from a local Ukrainian company to enter Ukraine.

Do I need a visa?

People from the EU, Switzerland, USA, Canada and Japan do not need a visa for visiting Ukraine up to 90 days. Since 04 April 2018 foreigners-holders of passports of 44 specified countries* may apply for Ukraine's electronic visa (e-Visa). seehttps://mfa.gov.ua/en/consular-affairs/entering-ukraine/e-visa People from other nationalities have to apply for and obtain a visa. BEFORE leaving your home country. You will need a single entry visa for Ukraine. Ask at the consulate in your home country what is needed to obtain the visa. If you need an invitation letter, we can get this to you but please allow 2 months (Before May 20th) for this to be obtained and sent to you. We need full passport info, home address, church and church address info to get the invitation letter for you. You will then need to hand the invitation letter, the application and any other required documents to the consulate to receive the visa. Invitation and Visa costs are not included in the campaign and must be paid separately.
